Value Space Infraprojects LLP began its journey in 2014, founded by Mr. Pradeep Kantamani—a visionary entrepreneur with both global insight and deep-rooted family values.
After earning his degree in Business Administration from San Francisco State University, Pradeep returned to India with a fresh perspective and a passion for building something lasting. Drawing on his international education and the legacy of his family’s pan-India logistics and warehousing business, he identified a new opportunity: real estate.
Our Story
Starting modestly, Pradeep invested in apartment projects at the ground level. His early involvement in these developments not only yielded strong returns but also revealed a deeper calling—one that went beyond transactions and numbers. He saw real estate as a way to create value that lasts for generations.
With renewed focus and self-generated capital, he transitioned into land banking and eventually into full-scale land development. Today, Value Space is committed to developing spaces that are more than just assets—they are future homes, communities, and places of promise.
What sets Pradeep's mission apart is his unwavering belief in trust.
